Your catering selection includes dinner rolls or cornbread, paper plates, napkins, and plasticware.
We will set up an 8ft serving table next to our grill at least one hour before serving.
One catering person will serve the meat entree on your guest's plate and the remaining food items will be self serve buffet style.
Your buffet meal will be served for one hour.
Additional time will incur an additional labor cost.
